GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The use of the intermediation section of this website, (www.diamflor.eu) and the sales/purchase transactions between the Seller/Buyer carried out between them through this channel is governed by these legal notes for the use of the services, accessible by clicking on the "Legal Notes" button and fully accepted by users by ticking the relevant box on the "purchase offer" submission page for each individual item.

Diamflor.eu is a private network that does not carry out any marketing activity but provides advice/assistance to/and between Private Individuals.

The items for sale on the diamflor.eu website is second-hand and is offered to Private Buyers by Private Sellers assisted by diamflor.eu.

CONTRACT CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE BUYER

WARRANTY: the buyer acknowledges and accepts that the items purchased are of private provenance and secondhand.

PRICES, PHOTOS, DESCRIPTIONS: the selling prices of the products shown on the site are VAT off and not include duty fees. Photos and Descriptions are indicatives.

PAYMENTS: Each item has a price to be agreed between the parties, i.e. the buyer/seller. Payment will be considered valid when the amount is irrevocably credited to the seller who must give written notice.

WITHDRAWAL: Diamflor does not recognize the buyer the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation, being luxury items.

SHIPMENTS: Shipments are made within 3/4 days of receipt of payment and diamflor.eu cannot be held responsible for any delays which depend on the courier service.

AVAILABILITY OF THE OBJECTS: as the assortment on the diamflor.eu website is online, it may happen that a (non-binding) order request on the website coincides with a simultaneous purchase therefore diamflor.eu reserves the right to promptly confirm the availability to the buyer.

This purpose is to inform users (the “User” and/or “You”) of the www.diamflor.eu website (the “Website”) about how and why DIAMFLOR.EU obtains stores and processes data and information, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone/fax numbers, credit card information, etc. (the “Data”) which can identify the Users and that the User may send Us while accessing the Website.
